MAPFRE Middlesea would like to inform its customers that as from Monday 2 November, the claims service opening times at Head Office will change.
Customers who require assistance with regard to claims are invited to visit the office from 8:00 am to 2:30pm between Monday and Friday. All other services, including policy renewal and sales, will still be available until 5pm. Customers can still call on 21246262 to notify of any claim at any time of the day.
At the Regional Offices in Birkirkara, Floriana and Luqa, clients can, from 8:00am and 5:00pm between Monday and Friday, also open a claim and make an appointment to have their vehicle surveyed.
Customers are reminded that the Middlesea Assist are available 24/7 (including public holidays) for Roadside Assistance and Home Emergency Assistance.The number for Middlesea Assist is 22480200.
