Bee Insurance Management Ltd (formerly International Insurance Management Services Ltd) was the first Insurance Manager to be licensed in Malta in 1998. As part of the extensive range of services rendered to its clients, Bee provides feasibility studies, incorporation services and insurance management services to captives and other insurance or reinsurance companies wishing to domicile in Malta whilst also benefiting from the country’s passporting rights to other EU countries.   By truly understanding the clients business, Bee acts as a trusted adviser, working closely with the client in order to deliver expectations.

In addition to the Group’s resources, Bee employs a complement of qualified managers including Chartered Insurers and Certified Accountants as well as personnel experienced in Compliance, Investments and Risk Management in order to ensure a fully comprehensive service to its Clients. 

BEE Insurance Management Ltd (C-23610) is enrolled under the Insurance Intermediaries Act, 2006 and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as an Insurance Manager.
