As part of its commitment to support philanthropic organisations, Mr. Mario C. Grech Chairman of the Middlesea Group recently presented two financial contributions to the Community Chest Fund and Caritas. The donations were presented to HE The President of Malta, Prof Guido de Marco on behalf of the Community Chest Fund and Mgr Victor Grech on behalf of Caritas Malta  during the annual Middlesea Christmas reception held last month at Middlesea House.

Speaking during the presentation ceremony, Mr Grech said that, "the Community Chest Fund and Caritas, together with the people involved in the running of these philanthropic organisations, should be commended for their valuable work within the community. Our contributions form part of our support for these organisations, which strive to improve the well being of our society."

The President and Mgr Grech thanked the management and board of directors of the Middlesea Group for their generous financial support, which will help both organisations to sustain their valuable work within the community.
