Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. launches new advertising campaign

The new campaign is an extension of its previous brand image which focused on the marine environment. The new campaign depicts the beauty of Malta’s wild flowering plants.

Speaking about the new campaign, which uses a colourful mix of Maltese indigenous plants, Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. Chief Operations Officer, Mr Joseph M. Rizzo said: “Our new campaign forms part of our corporate social responsibility policy which, amongst other causes, aims to create awareness by promoting the beauty of our environment and continuously encouraging its protection.”

Entitled ‘When protection becomes second nature’, Middlesea Insurance’s new advertising campaign has two underlying messages - that of protecting one’s health, home, car and business and that of protecting the natural environment of the Maltese Islands which is increasingly becoming endangered.

The campaign is also an educational one - each advertisement, which includes the plant’s scientific name, common name and Maltese name, provides brief descriptions of the Maltese plant which is depicted.
