Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. recently organised a Marine Cargo seminar for the Marine Underwriters of its agency network.

The seminar, addressed by Mr Joe Felice Pace and Ms Maryanne Vassallo, was organised by the Commercial Underwriting Department of Middlesea Insurance, to update its agents on new trends in the market.

Marine Cargo insurance satisfies both importers and exporters and offers cover for a number of marine risks. Marine Cargo insurance has, over the years, developed into a specialised field of Insurance, urging professional underwriters to constantly remain abreast with developments to satisfy current demands.

The seminar was requested by the Middlesea Insurance Agency Division which is mainly responsible for the monitoring of its Agency network.
