Note:
By virtue of an ordinary resolution approved during the Annual General Meeting held on 16 June 2006, it was resolved to split the 50c shares into shares of 25c each. Accordingly the authorized share capital was increased to 60,000,000 ordinary shares of 25c each and the issued and fully paid share capital to 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 25ceach.  2005 comparative information has been restated to reflect this change.
