Personal Assistant to the CEO Middlesea Insurance plc, the leading local insurance company on the market and a member of the MAPFRE Group is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Main Responsibilities include: · Providing the necessary day-to-day support and general administration, planning and coordination in CEO’s OfficeGeneral secretarial duties. · Checking and transcribing correspondence, minutes and reports. · Organising and facilitating meetings, gathering, preparing and distributing the relevant information in preparation of meetings and taking of minutes. · Support in public relations and corporate presentations. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written English comprehension skills, be mature and have a proven track record in a similar position. A smart appearance and a pleasant personality are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills are also considered as requisites for the post. The candidate must also be confident and experienced in using automated office software and solutions. Verbal and written knowledge of the Spanish Language will be considered as assets.
