This policy covers:
The Insured in respect of loss of, or damage to the property insured caused by:

1. THEFT or any attempt thereat following upon or followed by forcible and violent entry or exit to or from the Premises
   
2. HOLD-UP BY VIOLENCE and/or THREATS OF VIOLENCE to the Insured or his employees including the cost of making good damage to the Premises as a result of the above perils for which the Insured is liable.

Exclusions:

This Policy does not cover:

a) Loss of or damage due to theft or any attempt thereat by or in collusion with any member of the Insured’s family, business  staff, domestic servants or any other person lawfully on the premises.

b) Loss of or damage to occasioned by or happening through riot, civil commotion, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power

c) Goods held in trust or on commission, jewels, curiosities, prints, paintings, drawings, sculptures, deeds, money, securities, stamps, documents, manuscripts, business books, patterns, models, moulds, plans, designs or computer systems records unless specially mentioned as insured by this Policy.
