All Sums which the insured shall become legally liable to pay for compensation in respect of:

• Accidental bodily injury to or illness of any person
• Accidental loss of or damage to material property
• All costs and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant against the insured
• All costs and expenses of litigation Incurred with the written consent of the Company
  

Caused by any goods assembled, sold, supplied, repaired, serviced or processed by the Insured in the course of the Insured's Business.

Exclusions:

• Liability in respect of injury, loss or damage caused by any goods or containers in the custody or control of the Insured
  
• Liability arising in respect of the cost of repair, recalls or replacement of the goods
  
• Liability arising in respect of goods manufactured for and being used in or forming part of any aircraft, watercraft or hovercraft
  
• Liability arising in respect of the failure of the goods to fulfil their intended function.
  
• Liability incurred by the insured as a result of any defect in or the harmful nature of any goods intended to be supplied if such are in accordance with the design, plan, drawing, specification or formula intended to be used by the insured
  
• Liability arising in respect of any defect in the direction or advice intended to be given by the insured concerning the use or storage of any goods supplied by the insured.
