Middlesea Insurance provides its customers with three options to choose from:

• Middlesea Primary Health Plan
• Middlesea Enhanced Health Plan
• Middlesea Elite Health Plan

Middlesea Insurance p.l.c in addition to offering its standard products for group business it is also in a position to tailormake its covers in order to meet the specifications of the indidivual organisation.

Middlesea Insurance's interpretation of a Group is that of ten (10) members, or more, having a common identity, e.g. employees of the same company.

There are two ways in which Middlesea Insurance rates a Group Health Scheme.

• A premium rate for all members of the group irrespective of age. This is generally dependent upon the average age of all members in the group or, if it is available, on the claims experience of the group.
• Rating according to age bands and cover. The Company would use the individual premium rates as a basis and give a discount according to the number of employees in the group.

A Group Health Scheme provides for the inclusion of the dependents of the employees.
