Cover:
The risks covered by the Company (Middlesea Insurance p.l.c.) are as follows:

• Physical loss or damage to the vessel
• War & Associated Risks
• Liabilities towards Third Parties
• Insurance for Trailer
• Road Transits
• Dropping of or falling overboard of outboard motor

Optional Covers:

• Racing Risks with respect to Sailing Yachts
• Machinery Damage
• Water Skiing Liability
• Propellor Fouling
• Sailing in the Mediterranean Waters West of 25 degrees East
• Personal Accident
• Personal Effects

Definitions:
"The Vessel" means the vessel named in the Certificate of Insurance and the gear and equipment which would usually be sold with her. It includes the additional equipment and accessories and tenders and dinghy and outboard (s) separately mentioned in the Certificate of Insurance but does not include personal effects.

"Personal Effects" means the property other than property mentioned above

Exclusions:
The main exclusions of this Policy are as follows:

a. Loss or damage caused by a failure to exercise due diligence to manage the Vessel properly or to maintain her in a seaworthy condition

b. Loss or damage caused by the Insured's malicious act or that of anyone onboard the Vessel with the Insured's permission

c. Loss by wear and tear deterioration inherent vice vermin or frost damage
